About Lu

Really happy with this rental! The family went out of their way, on Thanksgiving weekend, to make sure someone was available to help me orient myself to the trailer and get it safely connected. Lu made sure in advance that my towing vehicle was suitable (F150 Ecoboost with brake controller). The trailer itself is high quality, well appointed, and clean as a whistle. Kitchen is fully stocked, but bring your preferred means of coffee preparation. The outdoor kitchen is a fantastic feature, as it enabled me to keep the messier food prep (eg frying bacon) outside and let me socialize with my family sitting around the firepit. I'd recommend Lu's camper to a friend!

The trailer was amazing!! Was clean and Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a getaway with your family and friends. Lu was amazing and great to deal with. Will definitely book this trailer again and highly recommend

It is sad that my 1st expriance with renting an RV was bad. We dont recomend to deal with owners of the R.V How ever the R.V was resenoable. 1. You must be able to comincate with the owner by app with some kind of foren language as the owner dont speck english ot french. 2. Owner was not flixable with time of returning the RV. 3. Owner have asked us to empty the gray water tank and not to worry about emptying the black water tank, yet we got charged for not emptying the tank. 4. We have left a plate and cutting board in the sink as we did not want to produc any gray water after emptying the gray water, yet we got charged clening fee. Arvezy is a great app !! How ever thumbs down to the owners.
