About Dylan

We rented a trailer through Dylan, and overall, the experience was quite positive. The trailer was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. Dylan was very responsive before the trip and flexible with our pick-up and drop-off arrangements, which we greatly appreciated. There was a disconnect however, regarding the damages he claimed we caused versus what actually occurred (maintenance-related and pre-existing issues). This led to a dispute where I felt unfairly accused of lying, which affected my overall experience at the end. Despite these issues, Dylan’s responsiveness was notable throughout. I don't believe the dispute impacts the accuracy, value, cleanliness and overall communication Dylan had, as those are warranted a solid 5-star rating. Though, I recommend taking before and after photos to ensure a smooth transaction (not just with Dylan, but with any other rental). I would not steer away from booking with Dylan because of this, as his trailer is truly as beautiful as it shows.

Dylan was welcoming and very easy to deal with. He gave a tour of his rv, prior to departure, showing all the extras included in his rental. We had everything we needed and more, for our week long trip! He was a great host and his rv was just perfect for us!

Dylan was an amazing host - he provided great communication, was punctual with drop off and pick up and is super friendly and honest. The trailer is exactly as advertised. Very very clean - it’s a brand new trailer. Perfect size of us. All of us slept so well. It kicked off our 2024 camping season with nothing but positive vibes. Highly recommend!!
