Verginia and family took care of the unit, communicated well on items that malfunctioned during the trip and communicated well for drop off and return.

They were kind enough to fill the propane all the way back up, even though they got it at 5/8th. They went through propane quite quickly and they worked the problem and communicated clearly throughout the adventure/ For their first RV experience, I was impressed by their ability to identify and work through problems. As any host knows, these units commonly malfunction for a variety of reasons. They were unphased, kept their spirits high and otherwise were fantastic to host.
