About Shane

Shane was very easy & pleasant to deal with. He went the extra mile for us by helping us out of a bind we were in with another RVEzy rental that we unexpectedly had to return to due a plumbing leak problem. We would gladly rent from him again in future. We did have a couple issues with his unit that I believe are worth mentioning. The first was the kitchen table/bed that collapsed at 4AM causing our 6’ 2” adult son to fall to the floor which subsequently woke up all 7 occupants due to the loud crash. This problem, as suggested to Shane, could easily be repaired by adding some 1” wide wood slats to the existing table supports on the edge of the seats. The item that should be replaced for sure is the missing hand railing on the exterior of the unit beside the door. This is a safety issue that in our opinion should be addressed forthwith to prevent someone from possibly falling while exiting the unit. Overall we were VERY satisfied with the RV and also that Shane was able to deliver and setup the RV was a big plus!! 😀

Shane was accommodating and friendly! The RV was clean and perfect for our needs.

Shane was great from start to finish. Awesome communication, Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Trailer was well equipped will all the essentials. The whole trip was perfect. I would definitely rent the flying Dutchmen again and highly recommend it. Great trailer, Awesome host!! Thanks again Shane.

Shane was great! So helpful and showed how to do everything and was available for any issues but there were none. Everything worked great!

The trailer was everything we needed for a great weekend with friends in the mountains. Shane delivered it on time and set everything up for us, making it an easy experience.
