Great time and perfect trailer for it. Clean and well equipped . No problems all went smooth the way I like it. Only the site needs work had to try three times in the approval process for it to work properly. Just aggravating, other than that all went well.

Great experience and good communication

On time

This was our first time renting from James and it was wonderful. The communication was awesome, our trailer was ready when we got there and throughout our trip he checked on us to make sure we we didn’t need anything. I loved that the trailer was fully stocked, all be brought was food, clothes/personal items and bedding. It was welcoming and so comfortable. We were in Parker AZ at 120 degrees and normally our trailer is uncomfortable, hot, and no one gets a good nights sleep. This was our first time in 6 years we all were comfortable, air worked great, and there were no issues with our stay. I will definitely rent again on our never family river trip.

James was great to work with! He responded quickly to my questions starting with the inquiry, and throughout the bookimg and stay. Would definitely recommend and be willing to work with him again in the future.
