We had an 18ft lightweight trailer and before that a tent trailer. We sold both as we were flying a lot over the past 4 years. We plan to buy again in 2026 but for now we want to rent via this service to give us our favourite experiences together - road trips and camping/glamping as a family! Stars: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Extremely disappointing experience. The trailer was returned in unacceptable condition, with multiple major damages (deep scratches on the exterior windows, scratched cabinets, damaged flooring, and a door handle with improper screws causing further damage). None of these damages were reported by the renter, as required by the contract. Additionally, the interior was extremely dirty, with soot on the walls, ceilings, and floors, requiring a full and costly cleaning. Despite clear evidence (before/after photos), the renter minimized the situation and refused to take responsibility. I absolutely do not recommend this person as a renter.
