Perfect service from Ron. He was very flexible on the pickup time and a good walk true before we leave. First time towing with my electric SUV and it was a nice ride. 👍🏻

This is our third year renting from Ron and as always, the experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. The trailer was in great condition and service (including delivery) was very friendly.

Absolutely wonderful experience for an individual new to RVing. From start to finish the process was easy and very informative. Ron took the time to review all aspects of the RV with me so that I was comfortable no matter what was encountered. The RV was exceptionally clean and the perfect size for our family. Towing was also a breeze.

Ron is great to deal with, this was our first time renting a camper and he gave us a very detailed walk through on how to setup a camper properly, with in 1 1/2 hours we had the camper leveled and setup and running without any problems. We had a great weekend with our rental. Ron is A+++ renter.

This was the second year in a row renting the trailer, and it was in identical condition to last year - still perfect. Easy to setup and use with enough space for the family. And the a/c was truly a life saver this weekend. Highly recommended.

Ron was great to deal with and provided a great walkaround prior to leaving which was very informative showing us where everything is and what to do to setup and haul the trailer. I wouldn't hesitate to book again when we decide to do another camping trip.

Great trailer!

First experience camping with the kids and everything went great pulling with our Outback XT. Ron was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend. Some nights do feel humid even with the AC running so something to consider for longer trips. That's the only negative and I think common for these types of RVs, we still slept really well and overall had an excellent experience.

Ron was quick to respond, easy to work with and provided a very thorough explanation of the tent trailer's features and the set-up procedure. On the last day of our rental he was nice enough to let us know that we had some extra time to return it as it was not going out again that day. The trailer itself was in good shape and fit our needs. I would recommend renting this trailer and will probably do so again myself.

Ron is probably the most knowledgeable person about trailers you can find in Ottawa. Everything was ready when I arrived and very professional. He explained everything for me (my first ever rental) and when we got to our camp site everything worked out great. The trailer itself was perfect for my family of 4. The fridge has so much room it made everything pleasurable having heat and AC when needed.
