About Erika

Erica was very pleasant and their voyage with my trailer I found them to be rough with my unit. It returned back to me quite muddy, as if it was taken into the bush. Even my hoses had dried mud I had to clean. A griddle I had brand new came back worse for wear, they did not refill the fresh water tank after being asked to. Also I had a spare hose for draining the black and grey tanks stored in my back bumper that is now missing. I am not accusing them of taking it but clearly some one has taken it however when I txt her asking I did not even receive a response. So as a result I would never rent to them again. I was disappointed that they did not respect my unit.

Very difficult couple to work with. Didn’t communicate well or follow booking instructions. Very inexperienced with boondocking.
