Fairly decent renters. Poor communication though during rental and after. Have still not responded to us or informed us of how the weekend went etc. also left our trailer slightly messier then the rest of the renters, including rotten food left in the freezer. Otherwise things were still ok.

Had some miscommunication with the renters but overall the trailer was returned in good condition.
