About Stephanie

Stephanie was easy to communicate with throughout the rental. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the trailer when it was returned. There was toothpaste left on the sink, mirror, and even the electrical outlet. Gum was found stuck to the floor under the bunk, and there was grass and mud on the bunk itself—thankfully, the mattress protector prevented damage to the mattress. Grass and debris were left throughout the trailer, and it did not appear to have been swept before being returned. The kitchen counters were also left dirty, and we found food, including noodles or cereal, in several unusual places. Unfortunately, this required the most extensive post-rental cleaning I have had to do so far. While communication was good, I would have appreciated the trailer being returned in a reasonably clean condition.
