No visual damage was done to the trailer however the smell was so bad when I picked it up. I have taken out all linens, cleaned the floors and have had all windows open since I picked it up 2 days ago but the smell is still overpowering. There was also chunks of food left in the sink. Renter claims the dogs were only in the crates however the blanket smelled strongly of dog spray. I own a big shaggy dog and it's not just the normal wet dog smell. I am also a nurse and am not sensitive to unpleasant odours. Possibly released their anal glands in the trailer? Either way I'm struggling to get it back to a manageable scent. When confronted about the smell, renter then began to pick at things that I may have done wrong. Stating that she bad water pressure. (The water connection was 200 ft away and I had to Y 3 hoses to connect) and argued about the level of the propane tanks. This one made me decide not to rent out my trailer anymore.

A+ renter left the the trailer in great shape.

Renter was great, friendly and respectful. Camper left very tidy.

No issues. Will rent to this client in a heart beat.
