About Herbert

We had a few lost items (keys, soap tray) and a bowl returned late. Also some minor damage to our jack. Herbert came through an promptly covered the cost of the missing items and repairs, and returned our bowl so we can prep the unit for our next guest.

Herbert was proactive in communications and did pick-up and drop-off at agreed upon times. He left our trailer clean and organized. We are looking forward to hosting him again soon
