Rented the trailer for 2 nights this past May long weekend. Had it delivered and picked up which was awesome. Young couple very sweet and eager to rent out their unit....BUT one thing I expect when I rent a trailer is that it’s clean. Three of us spent 1.5 hours cleaning it. Fridge (needed to be wiped out, drawers, under drawers), toilet (had urine on it), counters (not wiped), floors (dirt, sand, mud...needed vacuuming and washing), blinds above stove needed a good cleaning, microwave (food splatters and crumbs on inside as well as the outside needed wiping) shower had hair in it etc.... I feel bad having to leave a negative review. We did reach out to the couple asking for a refund for the cleaning fee of $100 but they haven’t responded. I wish them the best and hope they can take this feedback and make some changes for the future.
