About Matt

Matt is a fantastic guy. Very understanding and positive although there was an issue. We hadn’t used our trailer last year or this year, so Matt, his fiance Sandra and their son Elliot were the first people to use it in a while. Although a lot of careful planning went into the preparation of the rental, the a/c wasn’t working. Matt and his family returned the trailer on the Saturday of the weekend they had booked it, cutting their trip in half. We felt horrible. He was really great about it. We refunded him his money as well as the loss incurred of his campsite for Saturday night. I took a picture of our RVezy calendar and urged him to please book another date free of charge. We dropped off our trailer to be serviced right after he dropped it off. I think we got very lucky that our first renters were Matt and Sandra.
