Would rent to John again, when we arrived with the RV he was very helpful in clearing the site of of apple tree branches that were in the way.

Trailer was droped off to renter in immaculate condition, and was returned with a sink full of dirty dished a kitchen sink drain full of food waste, a bathtub drain full of long hair, a smear of sticky honey-like substance on face of upper cabinetry, and the outside stove knobs melted in half. Black tank clogged with residential toilet paper and not emptied, and used pripane not replaced.
