Communication was great, Tim was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to concerns. Pick up and drop off was made simple. The trailer itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. I would definitely rent again from Tim!

We had a few changes in plans as a result of a hurricane and owners were very accommodating. Had issues with a loose microwave and had contact with Tim and worked with him on it directly. We would rent from Tim and Jen in future absolutely. Great trailer and owners.
