The van was easy to drive. We haven't had any mécanic problem. Everything was fine.

We rent the smile campervan for 11 nights and we honestly could’ve stayed a lot longer ! The van is perfect for two people, everything is included which was very practical! The owner was nice and present if we had any problem or question. Would definitely book again!

Nous y avons bien dormi, avons pu manger à l’abri quand la température ne nous permettait pas d’être dehors. Il est agréable à conduire et contient tout le nécessaire pour voyager en autonomie. Michal a toujours été gentil et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous recommandons la location de son campervan pour voyager léger et en tout confort.

Had an awesome camping trip around Banff, Yoho and Kootenay thanks to this van. It included everything we needed to be comfortable both on the road and overnight. Pickup and dropoff was easy. Great on gas and the built in GPS helped with the areas of the parks with no cell signal. I can't recommend this van enough if you are in the area and plan to do some camping.

Michal is a really good person, easy to deal with. We had a really good 2 weeks with his van in Alberta. Thanks for everything!

The Van was perfect, it had everything you needed and Michal was super friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend Smile campervans, especially considering the van was so well equipped yet it is easy to park at all the main attractions without having to look for an RV spot.

I had an awesome experience with the Jasper van it was the perfect package for me as I wanted to experience the van life in the rockies. I even had some compliments about the trunk setup but couldn't take credit for it. Michal the owner was great, fast and easy communication. The whole rental process was veryRVezy!

Michal was very helpful and informative about the car and showed us everything that we needed to do or use for our adventure. He also went out of his way to discuss our trip and to offer advice and give us tips etc. Austral was a fantastic vehicle to drive around Banff, Jasper and Kootenay. It was really easy to manage and the bed was surprisingly quite comfy! We had lots of space for our x2 suitcases when we were driving, as well as space for when we slept at night. Overall the car was great to drive around and easy to manage.

Michal was very friendly, easy going and accommodating. The van was just as described and was easy to drive and obviously well maintained. We found the bed quite comfortable, (although not very roomy) and everything we needed to camp was included. Window darkening shades would be a nice addition. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfy, convenient set-up for camping.

Amazing trip with the van! Super comfort bed, and super practical setup. We had a great experiment, and Michal was super nice and explained and gave maps to discover the region. (We visited Banff and Jasper). Thanks to Michal for this amazing experiment, we will for sure go back to him for an other trip!

Such a wonderful time. Nice van with very comfortable bed, sink with water, cooker, electric cooler, storage space, USB charging plugs. Michal is a very friendly person and answered our questions before and during our travel.

Easy pick up and delivery, very accommodating for our schedule. Had zero issues with the van and had everything we needed! Great to be so mobile while traveling through Banff and Jasper.

Our trip was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the camping gear was extremely well thought out and of high quality. The key started to have a few electrical problems but has been reported and owner plans to replace. I will rent again!

My wife and I were able to get away for a holiday in Calgary, and wanted to be adventurous with our time. With Banff National Park (and many others) only two hours away, we knew that camping and hiking were definitely on the list. Over the preceding weeks, we researched several methods of accommodation for our stay, including resorts, hotels, hostels, and tent camping. While there were many options available and many price ranges, none seemed to fulfill our objective of quickly travelling from place to place while getting out in nature at the same time. (Note: There are buses that run frequently in many of the National Parks, but each have a cost, sometimes a horrible queue, and will only take you to the “main” trails. So getting to certain trails/locations could be quite difficult.) Then we found Smile Campervans and all of our boxes were ticked. The campervan was affordable, doubles as transportation and accommodation, easily/comfortably fits two people with two checked backs, and comes with everything you need to drive, sleep, cook, clean, entertain, and relax. As a bonus, the campervan constitutes a standard vehicle and not an RV, so you have so many more options for parking at campsites. And with the super easy clean-up/pack-up of the campervan, we were able to stay on the schedule that we had set for ourselves to maximize our stay. Smile Campervan surpassed every expectation we had for our trip to Calgary/Banff. The prices were transparent at the onset, fair/comparable to alternative methods, and true to their posting when our trip was complete. The owner was incredibly communicative and very nice. When we first met for the pick-up, he spent his personal time helping us plan our hikes for the long weekend to ensure we got the most out of our trip. Our pick-up and drop-off times were seamless, and the owner even offered to transport us to our next hotel so that we didn’t have to take a taxi. The campervan was very reliable on the road, pristine condition on the outside/inside, and served every purpose we needed. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer, the National Parks are breathtaking. We absolutely recommend Smile Campervans to anyone looking to get away in nature. In our opinion, there is no better option if you are trying to quickly move from place to place, explore less-known trails/location, and get out into the wild. We hope to come back soon to rent from Smile Campervans again. Thank you for helping make our trip so wonderful!

There was a small issue whereby the owner cancelled the rv a week before departure, but then he offered an alternative one. So no problem in the end, just a bit of stress. The car has everything you need, has a practical set-up, drives well, bed is comfortable, camping chairs are nice,... We were very happy with it! Travelled for 2 weeks and no complaints.
