Heather and Jon were absolutely fantastic guests from start to finish. Communication was excellent from day one, they were friendly, responsive, and a true pleasure to deal with. They paid close attention during the walkthrough and were genuinely interested in learning how everything works with the trailer, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They returned the Mighty Moose in spotless condition, clean, well cared for, and exactly as it left. It’s clear they treated the camper with great respect, and I really appreciated that.
