The RV had almost all that we needed (a few extra plates and kitchen knives would be good). Ping Ling is a lovely lady, very friendly and welcoming, as was Frank who showed us how to operate all of the RV systems. Overall this was a great experience and well worth the investment. Looking forward to next trip.

I searched through many different RVs in our area, this one was the best value with the best equipped. This RV was great for our family of five. His communication was excellent and he was always quick to reply to any queries that arose. The RV was in good condition overall. The shower was not working all that well but Frank had warned us of this beforehand. He did a thorough walk round when we picked up the RV and showed us how to use all the amenities and where all the water/electric and sewage stuff was. It was easy to drive and we managed to navigate the BC ferries just fine! We had a fantastic few days away and I'd highly recommend Frank's RV.
