Don’t rent to this guest ever. This is my first trailer and first season renting however I have never dealt with someone so rude as Evan. Everyone else had nothing but good things to say about our trailer. Ahead of time, Evan only ever ask about a Coffee maker, which there was. Linens were never mentioned however we included linens with anyone who pays for the “Make it Ezy” package. He wasn’t happy because there were no heavy blankets. It’s August and we have AC and Heat for that matter. I don’t think very many people use heavy blankets in this weather. In terms of cleanliness after trying to address his other problems; the city water leak which hasn’t been an issue in a few months and levelling blocks which you don’t need with the jack stands if you know how to level a trailer. After me offering him a partial refund (which he accepted) or to return the trailer at no charge and a free night because I didn’t want to deal with it him. That’s when he mentioned the Fridge being dirty, never mentioned Shower or Sinks. Shockingly when we inspected the trailer they left everything dirty even left their garbage behind. Notably the very coffee he was very adamant on having was spilt down the counter and a couple drawers. For “gentlemen” on a sales trip I’m shocked at how hard they were to deal with and how they left the trailer. I got great photos and videos of their mess.
