About Joy

This was my second trip renting the Forest River. The trailer is an easy tow and has a great layout. Joy was easy to communicate with and I would recommend this rental.

Joy was helpful to hook up the trailer. The trailer was excellent clean. The refrigerator was very quiet. The toilet, bathtub, and sink worked fantastic. The electric fireplace was the hit and gave the trailer a romantic flair. The bed need definitely an update with a softer thicker mattress. However we loved the many storages. We will rent it again.

Trailer was very clean and seems to be just about brand new! Was great that they had a dog leash we could use and chairs. Was all the less we had to worry about. Joy was very communicative and did her best to help with any questions we had once we off to our. I was impressed with how well the battery held up for our use. In 2 days of use the battery only lost a 1/4 of the initial charge without any generator or hookups. Would definitely recommend these guys, they have a nice clean trailer with lots of nice amenities.
