About Patrick

Patrick was overall a good renter, but we had some communication challenges around the RV's return condition. I had clearly requested the RV be cleaned, and tanks emptied before return, which unfortunately wasn't done. However, after discussing the issue, Patrick did take responsibility for the tanks and promptly paid for the tanks to be emptied. I appreciated their willingness to resolve the situation, but I would have preferred if everything was handled correctly upfront. With that said, they were respectful and took good care of the RV otherwise.
