The beginning of the trip was a bit shaky with some communication challenges, but in all fairness it's because John and his crew were working a large festival and were busy getting their equipment in and setup. Beyond that, considering how many adults were there, they did a decent enough job of keeping the unit clean and not breaking anything. At the end of the trip John was in great communication and wanted to make sure that all loose ends were tied up. Considering the fact this was my first "festival" rental I'd say things went pretty well and I'd rent to John and his crew again.

Granted there was rain so it got a little muddy but the camper was trashed. Never had rented it and came back this dirty.
