Lisa , Ian and their 12 year old son are a repeat customer with us , when they needed any help they just msged us - so communicating wasn’t an issue. We hope to see the Bruce family rent Mabel again

This couple was very pleasant and easy to work with . They were RV experts as far as knowing the ins and outs of trailers bc they’ve rented trailers in the past. Ian didn’t have the proper wiring for his Jeep hook up but had no problem going to get it to hook up the trailer hitch . We hope to see them again

Lisa, Ian and Owen were great renters, the trailer was returned very clean and in great condition. This was a learning experience, I had not known that Lisa and her family were dry camping until they arrived and i have never done it myself so I didn’t ask questions, nor did i prepare certain things for this type of camping. The battery gave them issues, unfortunately and from their experience, we learned that it is handy to have a second battery on hand. They provided us with great feedback so that we can improve on our service and we hope to hear from them in the future.
