Nice family, very friendly and polite. However, Osama did ask for our ‘best we can do’ discount upfront. Which we agreed to for the last minute, end of season rental. He then asked for a one day extension (near the end of the trip) at a further discounted price but didn’t want to pay RVEZY fees on the extension. Then asked for a return time extension (he asked for 5pm but we gave them till 6pm so they could unload) and still proceeded to arrive 3 hours late (9pm) without notifying us that they would be late. The women did a speedy unload and clean up best they could with no time left on the clock. However, soaking wet towels had been put back into cupboards instead of into the provided laundry basket. And THREE potent air fresheners (perfume) had been installed in our SCENT-FREE unit. Some of this is on us for not reminding them of our scent-free policy, but three feels like overkill for a motorhome. Would we rent to them again? Sure, but we would be more thorough with instructions and hold firm to original booking terms.
