Shelby was most helpful and polite. She values her belongings and, therefore, values the belongings of others. Over the long weekend that she rented our rig, she took great care to ensure the rig was ready for pick-up. Shelby and her crew were super accommodating by working with us on delivery and pick-up times. It was a pleasant experience working with Shelby.
