Only upon acknowledgment of the fees they signed for at booking would we consider renting to Dustin and Melissa again. Initially, they were courteous, but issues arose on delivery day. Upon witnessing their distress, we offered a 50% reduction in delivery fees. However, they demanded a full waiver. They disputed our $80 cleaning fee as excessive and claimed our delivery fees were misleadingly advertised. They alleged oversight of the minimum delivery charge, clearly stated during booking, focusing solely on the per-kilometer rate. A full delivery refund was requested. Notably, they treated our trailer respectfully, returning it clean.
