Communication was great - prompt, honest, no surprises; RV is clean, in good mechanical condition and almost brand-new. While RVezy's terms are sometimes confusing (pick up and return times and the associated charges are not clearly explained the contract), Artem was very helpful in clarifying it and being flexible. I would definitely rent from him again!

We had a great week in this van. Artem was an excellent host and responded immediately to queries. All the features and equipment were exactly as described - we had everything we needed for comfortable camping. The solar panels were very efficient and we did not need to use the generator at all. The roof was very easy to raise and lower and the beds were comfortable. The van was easy to drive despite being the biggest vehicle I have ever driven. We got 17 mpg over 800 miles. My first time with RVezy was all round an excellent expereince (so my rating of value is a bit random and not based on any comparison).
