Tanya W.Aug 2021We spent 3 weeks with this RV and had a great trip. It was in good condition with a few minor issues that I’m sure can be fixed such as one window slowly opens as you drive. Tammy was very responsive to questions. The Ad for this RV states it is 2019 but I believe it is 2017 and the ad says it comes with everything for the kitchen but that was not the case due to COVID- Ajay S.Aug 2021Tammy was great to rent from. However, our experience with the rental process was far from satisfactory. Upon inspection, we discovered that the RV's awning motor was broken, a detail the owner tried to hide. The RV was also handed over to us in an unacceptable condition, with a refrigerator full of mold. During our use, we encountered issues with the toilet, which started malfunctioning by continuously flushing. Additionally, the owner was aggressive in their communication, sending us several messages with concerns about potential fees for cleaning, gas, and propane, which added unnecessary stress to our trip. To make matters worse, even after returning the RV in spotless condition with full gas and propane tanks, the owner tried to charge us for the toilet problem we experienced, which we clearly did not cause. Overall, we found the experience to be quite stressful, and we would recommend considering other options if you're looking for a hassle-free trip.
