About Marlene

I'm an active grandmother of 10, mother of 3 (aren't they prolific!), wife and friend who loves to adventure. I've traveled all over the U.S. and the world and successfully driven in every country I've visited, (including England on the "wrong" side of the road") and every state. I'm a 5-star rated guest with AirBnB and own a 5th wheel travel trailer that I pull with a 4x4. I camp extensively with my husband. As part of my adventuress nature and love for my grandchildren, I promise to take each one of them anywhere in the world upon their graduation from high school. These grandchild trips have exceeded my original expectation for life lesson learning and relationship building by introducing them to their first real "adulting" experience. The grandchild declares their destination at the beginning of their Senior year and creates their itinerary. This year's grandchild has chosen to visit "The Ark Encounter" and "Creation Museum" in Kentucky. He is also an avid fisherman and wants to visit lakes, rivers, great fishing holes. A motorhome makes much more sense than booking Airbnb's and a vehicle and wishing we could stay longer here and there.
