Kara was very responsive, gave great instructions during pick up, and the trailer is in great shape and was perfect for our weekend in Algonquin. Will be renting again in the future, thanks again Kara!

The trailer is like brand new. Everything is very clean and in a perfect working order. Quite surprised how many amenities that it came with. Kara has been great and responsive to our enquiries and communication. Overall very happy with the condition and experience renting with her!
