Upon picking up the RV, Steve and his wife gave a very thorough review of everything and explained how it all worked. The whole process was very relaxed and made us feel like we had made the right choice with Steve. Our trip was incredible to and from Thunder Bay and we can't thank Steve enough! I would have absolutely no concerns in recommending Steve's RV to anyone.
