Easy to communicate with. Took great care of the trailer. Would rent to again anytime

After showing her the trailer and fulfilling all of the booking requirements, including prepping and laying out all linens, pillows, sheets, quilts and physically in person showing her the prepped and opened bunk she approved everything, and I left. Soon after she texted me telling me that the bunks are "not bunks" and that my post was "very, very, very misleading!". This was surprising to me to say the least, especially given my physical walk-through with her and the on-platform dialogue I had had with her the day before her booking wherein I clarified the bed situation in detail. If she had cancelled then she would be out all her money, since my post objectively is not deceptive or misleading in any way, but I didn't want that for her so I offered her, from what I was paid, a full refund off-platform, but she pursued alternate arrangements with Rvezy. She told me that her booking was not for a full family (as planned) but only for 3 young young ladies who refused to share a bed - they did not want to share the queen, twin, or stay on a bunk. Rvezy helped her to shorten her stay (from two weeks to two days), since I was willing to accomodate this. Later she threatened to give me a one star rating if I did not refund her all the funds I was paid by Rvezy. I declined. She now says in her review that my trailer does not accomodate 6 people. Ironically, the only other review I have on this site is 5 stars from a family of 6. This has cost me tremendous time, and stress to myself and my family, and cost me at least a thousand dollars in bookings as I had to decline at least a dozen different requests for these dates. (lastly, stainless steel bowls were prepped and ready in the plates cupboard for her use, contrary to her review).
