About Alana

From my experience with Alana I personally would choose not to rent to her again. Alana and her friend were nice however they were a bit hard to please leading up to their trip. They arrived 50 minutes late for their pick up. There was damage that they were not upfront about. The damage was minor but I wish they were honest about it rather then me having to point it out. Lastly the Rv didn't come back filthy but there was multiple unnecessary messes. Spilled drinks, soggy chips on the counter and a lot of large finger smears on the inside and outside of the windows. For these reasons I would not rent to them again.
