About Elliot

Hey! I'm originally from New Zealand but have been calling Australia home for over 10 years now (with a little 3-year adventure in BC, Canada in between). My partner Kate and I are all about getting outside—whether it's snowboarding, hiking, or just exploring new places. We’re always up for an adventure and love making the most of the outdoors and travel whenever we can. I work as a General Manager for a hospitality group specialising in pubs/ restaurants, and Kate’s works for a boutique hotel as a Manager.
