Historically I have either left a 5 star review or just decided to not leave a review, however in this case I feel it’s my duty to protect other owners from potentially getting scammed. This renter tried to receive “compensation” for my 1:25 pm arrival on a 1-3 pm delivery window. Then was caught in two lies around camper issues (saying the hot water wasn’t working and saying he told me the heating was not working on day 4 of the trip). When the camper was picked up everything was working, so it was either working the whole time or he did the simple pressing of reset button I recommended, which he said he wasn’t “comfortable” doing; there is no other way it could work to reset a circuit breaker; and I pointed out our message chain clearly showed his first mention of heater was three days after his trip ended. Finally, he chose to put away our RV safe toilet paper so he could use Angel Soft non RV safe toilet paper. With over 80 renters so far, this is the only one I would refuse to rent to ever again.
