About Steven

Steve is a really wonderful person. He always responds to our messages quickly and helps us solve our problems. The RV itself was also very good. However, there were a few shortcomings. For example, one of the room doors was broken, but we weren’t informed about it beforehand—we only found out after we arrived. This caused us a lot of inconvenience, especially since we have a one-and-a-half-year-old child. We were constantly worried the door might fall and hurt him, as he runs around a lot. In addition, we felt that the cleaning was not very thorough—some areas still had dust. We also found that some dishes and bowls were oily and not properly cleaned. There was even a toilet paper roll with pink marks on it. These details made the experience feel less than perfect. Also, some of the information we received was not entirely accurate, which meant that we didn’t bring everything we actually needed. That said, overall it was still a very pleasant trip. We truly appreciate Steve for renting us the RV and for his patience. Even though we arrived very late, he waited for us and kindly explained everything.
