- Jeff I.Sep 2025We had a good experience. The RV was clean when we picked it up, it was equipped with all needed amenities such as the generator as we experienced a power outage at our camp site and it was good to have backup. It was easier to drive and maneuver than we expected given the length of the vehicle. Did not use AC as it was cold, but the heater definitely works. The lady who does the pickup and drop off walk through was very helpful in going over all our questions and was flexible in giving us more time to drop off. It has a huge trunk area that we regretted not bringing kids bikes with. The RV had way more storage than we needed (2 kids 2 adults) and was toasty in colder weather camping. I would recommend this RV rental to others.
- Kaushal R.Jun 2025Amazing Campervan Experience at Killbear Provincial Park – Highly Recommend! We recently rented a campervan through RVezy for a trip to Killbear Provincial Park, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The campervan was very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition—everything was in perfect working order. It comfortably fit our group of 6 to 8 people, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the trip. It was also easy to access and operate, even for those new to RV travel. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful, replying quickly to all our questions. They even included a number of thoughtful extras like a canopy, umbrella, decorative lights, and more, which added to the comfort and fun of our camping experience. There weren’t really any negatives. The only minor issue was a slightly loose passenger side mirror, which we informed the host about—and we’re confident it’ll be addressed. Highlights: 1. Clean, spacious, and comfortable campervan 2. Ideal for larger groups (6–8 people) 3. Everything worked perfectly 4. Thoughtful extras provided by the host 5. Great communication and support from the host 6. Beautiful setting at Killbear Provincial Park Tips for Future Renters: - Book early—this RV is popular and well worth it! - Plan ahead to make the most of your trip and enjoy the amenities - Take advantage of the included extras—they really enhance the camping experience We would absolutely rent this RV again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable camping getaway.
- SahilRao S.May 2025Our family had a wonderful experience with this RV rental! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and understanding. For a small fee, they allowed us to pick up the RV 3 hours early and were kind enough to let us drop it off 4 hours late at no extra charge — a huge help for our schedule. We also went about 400 km over the mileage limit, but the hosts were generous and didn’t charge us the full overage, offering a discount instead — truly appreciated! The RV itself is spacious, with sleeping room for 8 adults, and it's well-suited for any kind of weather. We did run into a minor issue with the fridge and one of the stove burners, but everything else worked great and met our needs comfortably. The hosts went above and beyond by including useful extras like a beach umbrella, a large tent, and a quick-setup shed. We didn’t use the umbrella or tent, but the shed came in very handy during a rainy spell at our campsite. Throughout the trip, the host was always just a phone call away and happy to help with any questions. Honestly, it felt like we were renting from family — that’s how easy and welcoming the entire experience was. Overall, a memorable and smooth rental experience — highly recommended!
- Ryan P.Jul 2025Took the RV to Algonquin Park. The unit was decent and served its purpose. The host did a great job with turning the unit around given it was returned by the previous renter with a flat tire. We did not learn about the rooftop AC unit being out of service until pickup time but the host did did provide a portable AC unit which took up considerable space which made it inconvenient especially when the humidity made it feel like 40 degrees and it was raining. In the rush of the late pickup and trying to get moving, we later discovered that the unit was not very clean and needed to spend considerable time cleaning the cabinets to put our clothes in and the fridge which smelled of rotten milk, which even after cleaning came back to such a point that my family asked to come home a day early because the smell was so bad. When I reported this on my return the host said that is a normal fridge smell. The lesson is to take your time to thoroughly inspect the unit before taking possession, even if you are delayed. Unfortunately the host was only willing to refund my mileage of approximately $40 to compensate me having to clean the unit and cutting my trip short on both ends. They have the potential to be a great company as they communicate in a timely manner but fall short on customer satisfaction.
