I and my family (six people in total) have had a wonderful journey in this really good RV. Serge explained everything about the RV (it was our first experience) and he and Lorraine were always available for helping us. They are friendly, honest, fair and helpful people. We highly recommend the RV and the breathtaking landscapes of the Rocky Mountains. Nothing went wrong, everything was perfect.

Lorraine answer my million questions before the travel date and then Serge took a good chunk of time to show me and the 2 other drives everything about the RV. We arrived unsure of how to operate/drive this RV and left completely confident for our travels to Saskatoon. They even let us pick up the RV early on day one in order to get to our destination on time. If you are looking for a great RV for your camping needs - look no further! RV was perfect and so were the owners Serge and Lorraine. Thank you both again for everything!!
Jennie Q.Aug 2019Lorraine’s and her husband Serge’s RV is everything you would want for a great Canadian Rockies adventure! I would say this is by far the best RV rental I’ve had. Lorraine was flexible and allowed me to pick up the rental early without an extra charge. Her husband Serge was super hospitable and warming. My friends and I rented the RV to celebrate my birthday and their engagement in the Rockies. We can tell that Serge and his wife put a lot of work and love in their RV and they too wanted others to enjoy it the way they do with their family. I love that the RV is fully equipped with everything you would need to camp anywhere! The bbq grill was fabulous. I love that he uses solar panels and an inverter. The Led lights provided ample lighting. I love that there were multiple windows in the vehicle and plenty of sleeping space to comfortably sleep 6. They even had a TV and movies to watch while on the road. The fridge stays super cold. There is also plenty of cooking supplies and condiments! Serge was super thorough going through the RV before and after the rental. He also offered to take us to the airport for uber rates. Also, my friend had postcards she needed to mail and Serge was super kind to post and send them. I would highly recommend renting this RV! It came with almost everything we needed even wood for a campfire.

Lorraine and Serge were fantastic and most welcoming during my arrival and departure from Calgary. What a VIP service they deliver ! Thank you Lorraine and Serge, it was a privilege to meet you. You have allowed me and my daughter to experience a most memorable Father-daughter journey in the Canadian Rockies :-D

Bruce P.May 2019My husband and I decided this past January to look into renting an RV for 9 days in May for some well needed R&R and to attend our nieces graduation. We decided renting an RV would be a great way to incorporate a vacation camping and to have our own accommodations when we were with Family for the graduation. This was our first rental though RVezy. in the past it was normally through one of the Typical RV rental companies. The process was so easy... and Soooooooo much better. When we found the listing for Serge & Lorraines 29" adventurer and all that came included with her i was shocked. I contacted Lorraine and with in minutes I got a response and we booked that day with our deposit. Within the hour of making deposit I was then sent a link that lIsted all the items that were included in the trailer and the details of the motor home its self. I was in complete shock. We really were going to need nothing more than our clothes and food. HOW EASY IS THAT! So I put the lists aside and did not think about it again until April. What spurred that on was Lorraine just following up with us to ensure they had are time of arrival and departure. I then started to make a list of things i needed to pack. I sent Lorraine a list of questions on items such as bedding... She was including it for two beds and lots of extra blanket because it had been cold. Asked her if there was a cooler included, No but we could borrow theirs. Asked about the type of propane tanks required with the INCLUDED BBQ and was told they would have plenty for us. Went to verify the address for our Uber ride from the airport and was told that Serge, her husband could arrange transportation for us for less than uber. So ... I packed clothes and make a grocery list for what I needed for the trip. Upon arrival we texted Serge and he arrive with a big smile. Picked us up and took us back to the RV for a FULL orientation of everything the RV had and how to operate everything. We then went for a test drive and it left my husband feeling very confident about driving the unit. Serge had many great suggestions and he was very thorough in covering all. We even test drove through a Shopping area parking lot. The RV as promised had everything we needed .... 6 Camping chairs. WOW BBQ / propane / Lighters Kitchen items... Never once was I missing anything that I needed. Spices / Tin Foil / Storage containers Towels / Linens/ There was even a few bottles of Shampoo and body wash ! LOTS of really amazing blankets for the cold weather. Lorraine even ensured she put on the flannel sheets so we would be warm enough. AND Sooooo Many movies for the DVD player TV !! There are so many pluses with the rental of this unit. Bruce and I would most definitely rent this unit again with out question. The owners are lovely and so responsive and accommodating. It was a fantastic first experience with RVezy. Thanks Serge & Lorraine... For EVERYTHING. - Bruce & Michelle

Serge did a thorough walk through and explained everything in great detail. The motorhome was super clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was a great experience and we would rent from them again!

The RV was perfect for our 10-day road trip and was equipped with everything we needed, even cozy bedding and firewood. The solar panels are such a great idea, we had power for the days we weren’t able to plug the RV in. We had a very memorable trip thanks to Serge and Lorraine and their well-maintained RV.
Dave P.Aug 2018We could've given Serge and Lorraine 6 stars if we can. They're really accommodating and generous with their time and the rental. The motorhome is well equipped and well maintained. They've provided as much convenience as they can. You basically just had to bring food and you're set. Serge does a great job of going through the features of the RV and is always quick to respond whenever you reach out for any questions. Will definitely rent again next season!

Mike M.Aug 2018The RV is very well equipped even to including firewood! Serge and Lorraine are very easy to deal with and Serge provided a detailed briefing of all the features of the unit. We found the solar panels to be wonderful as we were off the grid without power plug-in for several days. The panels kept the batteries charged and the inverter allowed use of the coffee maker and toaster without issues. The big engine made driving in the mountains effortless and despite its size the RV was easy to drive. I'd highly recommend booking with Lorraine and Serge

The unit was very clean and spacious ,bedding was very comfortable even for finicky sleeper like my wife! Basically, the RV was loaded with everything that we might needed during our trip.Even firewood was there. Because half of our trip was raining, Serge offered us to return RV several hours late than what was scheduled.That was very much appreciated by my family considering that last day was full of fun and sunshine.I would definitely recommend to anyone to rent from Lorraine and Serge. This was our first ever camping trip with motorhome and was definitely memorable one. My family is hooked on motorhome cruising and new adventures! Thanks guys!
