About Bijila

Great RV and even better people to rent from. Bijila was very pleasant, prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend anyone looking to rent a motorhome to rent with Bijila.

We had an average trip with this vehicle. The RV ran well and it has all the necessary equipment and tools but could use an upgrade on certain fronts. The heating system did not work for us for the 4 days that we had the vehicle, which is fine for the day but the nights can get really chilly and cold. Verify that the heater is working before you book the vehicle or carry your own heater. The barbecue add on is awesome, really useful if you dont have a fire-pit where you are camping. The linens had a stale/old smell on them, wasnt pleasant to sleep with. The RV becomes really spacious with the extension, which is awesome. The RV says sleeps 6 but I would say you can comfortably have 4 or 5 adults maximum. The spring on the 3rd bed hits the floor everytime you lie down on it so its far from comfortable. I have rented other RVs in the past and usually go for the Class A RVs for a reason, I would pick other RVs for the same price rather than this one, the other ones provide more value for money in my opinion.

Great trip with no major issues. Renters were extremely nice and were always available if needed.

We have had a terrible experience with this RV The RV had issues with the ac system the first day and we had spend our vacation in a sauna basically, terrible customer service, little to no help in trying to fix the issue from the owner. The owner claims that we broke the AC and thus they have to fix it now, very old rv in no shape to be rented out and certainly not from this owner Half way through our booking owner requested us to bring back the RV to fix the ac instead of sending some one to fix it (3hours away) Owner is extremely rude and does not have a clue on customer service. Stay away!!!!!

This was our first RV experience, we were a group of 6 adults (parents, parents-in-law and us) and 1 child (2-year old daughter). The RV worked out fantastically for us. Bijila and her family were amazing, they gave us a very good explanation on how everything worked and they were very quick to respond and address any question we had. Fantastic experience and we are already talking about our next trip. :)

A nice and very spacious RV. The hosts did a great job explaining everything and allowed us both to pick up early and drop off late which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful 16 day trip to the mountains and northern BC in this motorhome! We got immediate help from the owners whenever we needed it. The motorhome worked very well and it became our home away from home. We appreciated the kind owners checking in on us regularly. We hope to be able to rent this motorhome again!

What a great first experience! The owners were fantastic, nice people, took the time to walk through and explain everything and made themselves available at any time should we need them (we didn’t). And they kindly checked in on us during our trip. The RV was fantastic and exactly what we needed. Perfect for 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The RV worked flawlessly, was clean, comfortable and had everything you’d need. We treated it like it was our own because it was in such immaculate shape. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Renting this RV was an absolute delight due to the hospitality of the owners. They were responsive,attentive and very generous. We had a great time in the Rockies. Thx so much. Jacquie and Chris.
