About Jennifer

Jennifer and Stephane were the best renters I could have asked for! Jennifer called me beforehand to introduce and plan the pick-up date. Stephane came to get the van and patiently listened to my instructions re/ the van. He has extensive experience driving heavy vehicles. They returned it in prime condition, cleaner than when they got it. Communication was also very smooth and pleasant. It was my first time renting and I wanted to ask them for feedback so I can improve the experience of future renters. Jennifer sent me a comprehensive list the next day with photos and comments. In conclusions, Jennifer and Stephane were very conscientious, personable and helpful and I would feel as comfortable to rent them my van again as I would to my parents :)
