Megan M.Sep 2023I want to say out right William responded well, and promptly to our concerns Basteedo was too small for our extended holiday, and mechanically not sound… we had some major issues, but William was prompt in communication with us, when we had a significant mechanical failure in St. John’s Nfld!

We did run out of battery power on our last 2 nights but that didn't bother us. Will was very accommodating and great to deal with. Tyler J.Jun 2021Great trip! It was like driving around with your own little cabin. William was excellent to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. The foam for the couches / bed is pretty thin so you may want to bring a sleeping pad. The van is quite long but overall pretty easy to drive. Just take your time backing up and planning out parking if you're in a tight spot. I averaged about 11L / 100km which was really great for mileage. The battery set-up keeps the fridge running for the night but keep an eye on levels as the capacity is just 100AH. The van is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The stove was excellent. I had plenty of propane and grey water for a week long trip.

Melissa P.Nov 2020Road Runner was the perfect van for our trip. In a week the temperature went from -16 to 20 degrees and we were always comfortable. Will is awesome and was always quick to answer any questions. We would rent this again for sure.
