Gerald and Bess rented our RV for a weeks vacation. Before heading out we had to inform them of a step issue we just became aware of that day. Gerald and Bess were understanding of the issue and came up with their own improvision that suited them best. Happy to have met them; they were a lovely family. Dennis & Karen
