- Jordan J.Aug 2021**Do not rent** We booked three trips with the trailer over the summer and each time got worse! Everything from scheduling pick up and drop offs to unexplainable charges applied to our terrible experience. Trip 1- Ahmed was great to deal with but the trailer exterior was filthy. Trip 2- The only way we could get the trailer was if we drove an hour to get the keys from his condo and then drive another hour to get the trailer. He also charges a $60 cleaning fee but he told me to my face that the only people that clean it is the previous booking, he claimed the money went toward toilet pucks and toilet paper which I calculated to be about $3 per trip with how much we used. He tried to tell me he cleans the outside but it is filthy, other campers laughed at us. Trip 3 - The toilet was covered in pee and the floors were disgusting. We were once again charged the $60 cleaning fee for him to pocket. Before we left he said the awning had malfunctioned and to be gentle with it. Awning went out fine but when we went to leave and it was pouring, the awning would not retract. I believe he knew very well that it would not work but he did not want us to complain before we left on our trip. He said we had to go around and ask other campers for supplies to help us retract it. He was zero help and barley apologized. Do not book this trailer -trailer is in terrible shape -Ahmed is very hard to deal with -you get charged $60 for cleaning that never takes place.

The Key did not work and another needed to delivered a few hours later. Well stocked trailer overall. The heater was not working when we tried it, and the awning had to be put back manually. Not a deal breakers, but the generator that I had booked also was not working, it was refunded at the end of the trip. No hookups at the camp site, so the generator would've helped greatly. I would've hoped for a better first experience with RVezy.
John R.May 2021Ahmad was very kind and helpful showing us all about the trailer and how everything works and setting it all up for us. He showed us all the extras (table, chairs, grill, campstove, etc.). We had a great family vacation for 6 nights. Our young boys especially loved the bunk beds. We ended up cooking most of our meals outside, but the kitchen was nice to have for morning coffee and oatmeal, and for hot water for dishes. We brought all our camping gear, but the trailer is fully stocked so could have left much of it at home. It was our first RV experience, and we'd definitely rent this one again.
