We booked the RV and right from the beginning he was very helpful and worked with us to schedule a pick up and return time that suited everybody. He was very quick and professional and this unit was in great shape and everything performed as it should Aside from the complications with the ongoing pandemic we TRULY enjoyed our trip. The unit was well outfitted and we had nothing extra we had to bring which is what made it feel like a true HOLIDAY. He has all the amenities included to make this RV very enjoyable and comfortable. The fuel mileage was surprisingly good for the mountainous and hilly terrain we encountered and he always responded quickly in our correspondence which made it feel that much more enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit and owner and we ourselves WILL be booking this unit again. As a side note..., although I was looking at these bookings last minute , I became frustrated in not being able to secure a booking due to the units being mostly secured to help out during this time of need with the pandemic at hand however...., I would like to personally thank and am encouraged by, the amount of people that have seemingly answered the call to help and are making these units available during this time of uncertainty and anxiety for everyone. A true testament to the Canadian spirit !!! Also..., despite my frustration in securing a unit, I was contacted by RVeazy and in particular by a lady named Maha K..., I was actually surprised as I talked to her on the phone and she stated that she could see I had many offers that were declined and she asked if she could help.... "Help as in …?", was my response and she very "matter of factly" answered, "well to get you an RV" she said.... I was thoroughly impressed with the offer and she did in fact provide me with the contact info of this gentleman that I rented the unit from. I would like to thank her for this and for RVeazy's attention to detail and customer service for jumping in to help me find this at the eleventh hour and thank you to the owner for his help. All in all I am VERY impressed with the entire process and again, am thankful to the people that are offering up these units to those in need. This whole process from start to finish was truly a testament to the Canadian spirit and the people that live amongst us. Cheers everyone and thanks again for making my girlfriends birthday trip not only a reality, but a true success!

Malcolm did a great job going over the RV in detail and how it works. He was prompt and very flexible on the return time. Highly recommended. RV was exactly as described.

The rv we rented was really dirty and lots of things were broken in it. Even tho we were unsatisfied with the condition of the rv, the owner did everything that he could to help accommodate. The rv is getting ficed right now. I think that it will be the perfect rental for future renters.

First and foremost we want to thank Malcolm for the use of his RV. It got us through our journey with no mechanical problems and our journey was long. It was perfect for 2 couples and a dog. Malcolm was always available to answer all of our questions when we had some. The only downside was the septic clean out pipe to empty the tank did not fit properly and created a shitty situation and us having to look for the right piece. It would have been nice to have it totally cleaned out before renting it to us as we did not use it and was experiencing a terrible smell and had no choice but to pump it out. Everyone's cleaning standards are different and for us it could have been cleaned a little better. It was a long journey and could not have done it without the use of this RV.
