The RV was excellent and worked great. The GPS and backup camera were not working but it was no big deal for us. Jim was excellent and very helpful with questions on the phone.

Jim and Rose are great to deal with and communicate very fast. The RV is in like new condition with no issues at all. I would highly recommend renting this unit from Jim and Rose. Thanks for a great weekend.

Very prompt on communication and flexible to deal with for pick up and drop off. This rental allowed our family to make great memories and we highly recommend renting from Jim!
