We had some challenges booking the reservation (no fault of Harold and Marci) and ended up having to re-book only hours before our reservation was to begin. Harold and Marci went above and beyond, driving the camper to the site and setting it all up for us. We were beyond grateful. Friendliest family and great experience overall. We loved everything about the camper - came with all the necessities. Definitely will use them again!
