Great customer vary kind and easy going

Customer was easy going and nice but The customer returned the trailer with damage to the propane tank mounting stand, including damage to the attached propane tank. Additionally, the customer’s tow vehicle appeared to have extensive pre-existing damage, including damage to the rear of the vehicle and both headlights. Based on its visible condition, the vehicle appeared unsafe for towing. Despite these concerns, we proceeded with the rental because the customer explained that he urgently needed the trailer.
