About Jean-Philippe

Jean-Philippe was an excellent guest from start to finish. Communication throughout the booking process and the rental period was clear, timely, and professional. He coordinated delivery details well, provided location maps and access pass information promptly, and kept me updated at every stage of the weekend. Upon return of the unit, I found the trailer in great condition, clean and well cared for. It was evident that he and his family treated the RV with respect. Despite a couple of unforeseen site-specific challenges outside of either party's control, Jean-Philippe handled everything with maturity and provided direct, constructive feedback rather than escalating the situation. That kind of communication is exactly what you want in a guest. I would not hesitate to rent to Jean-Philippe and his family again, and I look forward to hosting them on a future trip.
