The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and ran really well throughout the entire trip. It had plenty of space for the family and made traveling together easy and enjoyable. Everything worked as expected, and we felt comfortable and confident on the road. The host was also incredibly supportive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They made the whole rental experience smooth and stress-free. It was a great RV for a family trip(5 people), and we would definitely rent from this host again!

It was fully equipped - pots and pans, dishes, and all of the other little things that are needed to cook almost anything. It is very easy to drive - not much different than driving an SUV. Howard spent an hour with us going through all of the systems and making us comfortable. I'd rent from him again.

We loved the spacious interior and found it to be well-equipped for our needs. As first-time RV renters, we truly appreciated Howard's responsiveness; he was always available to answer any questions we had, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The ride itself was very comfortable, and we cherished the quality time spent together as a family, both while driving and at the campsites. The Mercedes van drives smoothly and easily and all the interior amenities and accessories are of very high quality (best pots and pans we ever had in an RV). It performs at its best when plugged in overnight as the fridge is spacious and energy hungry. We had a super time and would definitely rent again from Howard who is always available available to help and very responsive. Highly recommended
